Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on regular priced items within 30 days of your order. While we do not accept returns, we will always try to make your experience enjoyable. Send us an email at contact@frenchbydesignblog.com so we can find the best way to assist you.

Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!

To exchange your unworn, unwashed, unwrapped and unused item, send us an email at contact@frenchbydesignblog.com with your order number in the subject line and we will get in touch with you to assist you.

Please note that we will not process any return request on items received that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

 

Changes to orders

Most orders cannot be cancelled or altered after they have been placed.

 

Shipping

We do our best to make our shipping charges fair and reasonable: at checkout, you will be offered different shipping speed options when applicable.

Once items ship out from our warehouses, you will be notified by email that your order is on its way to you. We ship most orders within 2 weeks of purchase — tees can take 7 to 10 days to ship out, and often much sooner — prints and phone cases usually ship out in 2/3 business days. 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.

We ship internationally to most countries. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in certain countries. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be also delayed by customs and we apologize in advance for such inconvenience.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in San Francisco, California, and sourced in the US and internationally from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to labor, environmental, and safety standards.

 

Gift wrapping

We do not currently offer gift wrap options to orders.
