A renovated Berlin studio

01.17.2017

I’ve been following Nora and Laura from Food Stories on Instagram for a long time. Nora wears the food-stylist hat, and Laura handles the photography, and both curate Food Stories, a blog and Instagram feed dedicated to sharing gluten-free cakes and recipes.

Recently, Nora and Laura decided to expand their Instagram presence with Design Tales, a feed dedicated to their common passion for design and home decor. Lucky us, Nora and Laura shared pictures of their Berlin based studio, where they create all their recipes and shoot all their gorgeous photography.

“When we saw the space for the first time we just could not believe that it was still free to rent; everything was perfect: the light, two windows with northern light, but it took almost half a year until we could move in, because of all the renovations that needed to be done: all the walls were colored in yellow and some walls were even not existing, there was also no bathroom, “ says the pair.

I love the dark mood of this studio, the vintage industrial elements mixed with very contemporary kitchen accessories from Frama Copenhagen. Nora and Laura promised to share more of their studio decorupdates on their Instagram dedicated feed, so you’re welcome to follow the work-in-progress of these two talented ladies here.

For food inspiration and delicious recipes, head over to their Food Stories feed.

oh my gosh, I love this place. it has the minimalistic style, but elegant at the same time. i also love the combination of old wood element and more modern feel
