11 healthy recipes to try

With the chaos and traumatic events we lived in these past 2 weeks, I’ve been eating like it was my last day on earth – except… it wasn’t my last day on earth. After all, they don’t call it comfort food for no reason, do they?

So I’m back to eating healthy after falling off the wagon and planning on preparing simple, organic-ingredient-based flavorful salads. Here are my some recipes I bookmarked from the web lately [follow the source link under each picture to be redirected to the full recipe].

  1. I’m sitting here saying “mmmmm……oh, yum! ….. wow….oooh” as I’m scrolling through this parade of everything I love to eat.
The salad in the avocado cups is adorable. Everything looks delish!

    1. Dang, this looks good, @Alyssa! Thank you so much for this recipe. Love the twist as a taco with beans and cheese, but my jeans are telling me to go with the side dish version :-P

  2. Everything here looks divine! Beautiful photos. If I just *had* to choose, the avocado|salmon cups and caramelized peach caprese could comprise breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 30 days straight, I’m quite sure of it.

  3. I”m keeping the caramelized peach caprese with smoked sea salt and the devil salad for this summer ! But everything looks soooo good !
Thank you so much by the way for choosing also one of my recipe :)
