A beautiful flat in the Marais district

I stumbled upon this amazing Parisian flat while searching online for a consulting project and I couldn’t resist sharing it here. It’s everything I love in an interior: simplicity, ethnic touches with a French flair. And it doesn’t hurt http://www.ativanonlinelowprice.com that this 150-square-meter apartment is located in the Marais district of Paris, one of the hippest neighborhoods of the French capital. Ah, Paris, I miss you sooo bad!

  1. I wish I could live here; it’s beautiful. That couch and view is something else.
And then the ceiling, floor and fireplace…it just doesn’t get any better.

    1. @Ella, my sentiment precisely, this view is magnificent and makes me miss the city of lights pretty bad!

  2. I love the moldings and fireplace. And those herringbone floors! I’m less in love with the PVC windows. They’re a lot cheaper, and don’t need upkeep, but they lack the class of wood frames.

    1. @Taste of France, I agree with you, but I think given the age of the building – probably from the 1800s – the owners had to change the windows, and given the general noise in the Marais arrondissement, I don’t blame them for compromising with PVC frames that would soundproof street noise. I love the Marais, but boy, it can be quite noisy, especially at night with all the bars and bistros open until the early hours of the morning. Xo-

  3. J’adore ces photos. Savez-vous d’où viennent ces chaises en rotin ?
    Merci :))
