Lazy days

02.25.2016

Is it just me or is 2016 going fast and furious? I had vowed to slow down this year but everything is going at a 100 miles an hour speed. We’re hitting the March mark in just a few days! Geeez…

I’m so inspired by these bedrooms and day beds styled to perfection. That’s really what I enjoy the most with the at {mine} community : the pictures everyone uploads there never fail to inspire, yet they are so relatable because they belong to real people living in real homes. Here are some of the most inspiring shots I found this week to satisfy my urge to procrastinate and slow down a bit.

I love how Bianca from My Unfinished Home repurposed an old sofa sitting cushion into a lazy corner. Perfect recycling DIY! Follow Bianca on at {mine}.

Jennifer from A Merry Mishap knows a thing of two about texture and minimalist comfort. This wrinkled linen bed is calling my name. Follow Jennifer on at {mine}.

Cate St Hill masters textures for extra cosiness. This setting is pure bliss, don’t you think? Follow Cate on at {mine}.

Bianca again – can you tell I really like Bianca’ s style? –  from My Unfinished Home shares her bed corner. Love the mix of linen and chevron patterns.

Annette from Me Oh My chose a white bedding set, a vintage Tolix stool and shared a fantastic DIY idea : a mesh board to hold inspirational messages and a DIY lamp. Follow Annette on at {mine}.

I’m absolutely smitten by the color combination used by Maiju Saw here : deep greys and indigos. Follow Maiju on at {mine}.
