Dining Room Inspiration

It’s been a while since my last dining room mood board. This time, we’re exploring some rustic dining room inspiration. Mind you, not shabby chic rustic, but the kind of rustic we’ve come to love on this blog. The rustic that incorporates classic design with wood, mixing the old and the new. These 4 dining rooms really speak to me, each on their own way. Which one is your favorite? Do tell!

  1. J’adore la 2 eme photo : la lumière, les éléments industriels , le plancher. Je voudrais tout avoir

  2. I agree with Clare – #2 for the sense of a room that the floor gives – although it’s not walled off, the handsome table, the high tableau of a coffee set that acts as a still-life “picture” and the industrial light and secondary light with its Edison bulb and coiled orange extension cord. Terrific style. I only wish it were for more than 2.

  3. Picture one is my favorite. I love the white against the heavily worn rustic elements and the the perfectly contrasting modern chairs – the balance is perfect and the pieces all work well together. I love that the chairs are a mix of styles too, because the room is very white, adding different styles and rustic pieces adds textures and dimension to the space, keeping it interesting and inviting.
